What does Diamond Certified actually mean?
Diamond Certified is an independent rating earned by passing an audit run by American Ratings Corporation. A company has to score Highest in Quality in a survey of real, verified past customers, and pass ongoing checks on its license, insurance, and complaint history. It is not something a business can buy or self-declare, which is what makes it different from a star rating a company posts about itself.
How is that different from Google reviews?
Google reviews are useful, and ours are strong, but anyone can post one and they are hard to verify. Diamond Certified ratings come from independent phone surveys of confirmed customers pulled from the company’s own records, so the sample cannot be cherry-picked. Is Kelly’s licensed and insured?
