Joe, the technician, fixed a stubborn leak in the water connection to our 18-year-old GE refrigerator (that I had tried to fix myself and *almost* succeeded). With a couple of small compression fittings, he solved the problem (and put everything I'd taken apart back together, good as new). Service cost was reasonable, and much less than a new refrigerator.
